Dental insurance information insurance coverage is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company. It is designed as a "benefit" to help you defray costs from dental work.
The professional treatment and dental services performed at our office are for your optimum oral health. Dental insurance companies will often not cover a procedure in full or they will offer alternative benefits. This simply means they will pay for the cheaper alternative. Heidrich Dentistry will give you the best quality of care regardless of your coverage.
We will always do our best to help you maximize your dental benefits. Our office can obtain accurate information for you regarding your benefits by sending pre-determination of benefits prior to any restorative or major services. We will ask you to bring all insurance information with you to your 1st appointment. This information will include:
Policyholder’s name, member and group number, policyholder’s DOB, policy holder's employer, insurance company name, address, and phone number.
For preventative treatment (i.e. cleanings, x-rays, and examinations) we will supply you with the itemized coded insurance receipt necessary to be reimbursed by your company.
Financial Arrangements
Payment is due when service is rendered. If insurance is involved, the patient's portion will be due when treatment is complete.
Our office accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Financing is available through CareCredit. We also offer financing through Springstone.
